About Myee Quail Farm

As one of the top Japanese quail farms in Australia, Myee Quail Farm has developed a signature breed and processes approximately 35,000 birds every week.

The team at Myee Quail Farm take a holistic approach to farming. We make our own specially formulated feed and then harvest eggs, incubate, hatch, feed, rear, and process the quails on site. This ensures the finest quality product, featuring a superior texture and flavour.

Myee Quail Farm is situated just north of Griffith in the Riverina Region, often referred to as the food bowl of Australia due to its incredibly rich soil and lush pastures. Family owned and operated for more than 40 years, we remain true to our legacy as quail farmers.

The Myee Quail story began in 1978 when Antonio and Maria Sergi attended a family member’s wedding in Sydney and returned home with some unexpected guests – 28 little birds.

From here a legacy was born as Antoni and Maria began selling quails to local Griffith families.

In the following years, their three sons joined the business, Sam as Head of Engineering, Don in Operations, and Len as Livestock Overseer. The family team worked hard, dedicated to expanding the business, and soon started distributing their signature quail products Australia-wide. Myee Quail is now one of the top quail farms in Australia.

Fast forward to today and grandchildren Anthony and Maree have also joined the business which, to this day, remains true to Antonio and Maria Sergi’s original vision and legacy.
